Christopher Balmaceda is a licensed real estate living in the Greater Phoenix area. He was born and raised in the area and has made it his goal to help other locals find their dream real estate property. Christopher has over seven years of experience in this industry and fifteen years in customer service. He also has a talent for coaching, mentoring, and training.
There’s no denying that Christopher Balmaceda has a unique and exciting professional history. His journey began with an education in Business Management through Devry University. Following this, he earned his BNSF Conductor Certification. Finally, Christopher attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. However, Christopher will likely continue to take real estate classes as they arise, as this is the best way to stay updated in any specialized industry.
One of Christopher Balmaceda’s first major professional roles was as a Department Manager for Safeway and Goodyear. He started the job in 2009 and was responsible for hiring, training, and fulfilling customer orders. This gave Christopher plenty of experience in customer service, including understanding how to meet customer needs and expectations. After his time as a manager, Christopher became a Freight Conduct for BNSF Railway. This required him to collect freight manifests, operate distributions, and manage engineer performance.
More recently, Christopher Balmaceda has focused on his realtor career. This path is where Christopher truly began to shine. Currently, two positions keep Christopher busy. The first is as a Realtor for Peoria. At Peoria, Christopher is responsible for building relationships with clients and vendors. Likewise, he handles home evaluations, negotiations, and contract writing. The second role is as a Success Manager and Realtor for Reality One Group (The Mojo Team). As the manager of a realtor team, Christopher is responsible for running the team, including recruitment, training, and coaching. This calls for him to stay updated on company policies, real estate laws, and opportunities. Christopher Balmaceda has found a way to juggle these responsibilities alongside his Realtor role and has found joy in his work.
One of Christopher Balmaceda’s biggest priorities as a realtor is ensuring the needs of his clients are met. In truth, Christopher likes to view them are more than just another transaction. These are people – and that’s what Christopher always tries to keep his focus on. He wants each client to walk away feeling like they were treated with respect and compassion – while achieving their goals.
More than anything, Christopher Balmaceda loves spending time with his family. He is a family man first and a real estate professional second. Christopher strives to be the best husband and father he can be. He loves being active in his children’s lives, especially as he encourages them to try new things and experience the same hobbies he loved growing up.
As far as hobbies go, Christopher Balmaceda loves sports. He loves all forms of sports, including e-sports. He enjoys video games – everything from FPS to sports games. As for physical sports, he enjoys playing softball, volleyball, and football. This got him into coaching his children, and he hopes to help encourage this passion for his children.
